ferrarese tra i principali player in Italia nei settori dell\u2019ingegneria civile e dell\u2019impiantistica <strong>nell\u2019acquisizione di Italiana Sistemi srl<\/strong>, storica societ\u00e0 di progettazione con sede a Napoli e specializzata in infrastrutture e impiantistica nel comparto ferroviario e stradale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Translink ha agito come advisor finanziario<\/strong> con un team composto da Matteo Paggi (Managing Partner) e Pedro Carderelli\u00a0(Analyst).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019acquisizione rientra nella strategia di medio-lungo periodo del Gruppo INCICO, volta a rafforzare le competenze nei comparti infrastrutturali attraverso l\u2019integrazione con realt\u00e0 qualificate e consolidate sul territorio nazionale.<\/p>\n<p>A seguito di questa operazione, il Gruppo raggiunge cos\u00ec i 25 mln di fatturato e pu\u00f2 contare su oltre 250 ingegneri specializzati nelle 9 sedi operative presenti in Italia, in Emirati Arabi Uniti e India, sviluppatesi per sostenere le necessit\u00e0 del gruppo in aree geografiche dall\u2019alto potenziale di sviluppo.<\/p>\n<p>La storia, l\u2019esperienza e lo specifico know-how di Italiana Sistemi nel settore dell\u2019ingegneria stradale e ferroviaria, in particolare per le competenze nella progettazione di opere complesse, come tracciati, stazioni, gallerie, ponti e viadotti
