(\u201cDreno\u201d), azienda di Monselice (PD) specializzata nella progettazione e produzione di elettropompe sommerse per uso industriale, civile e domestico.<\/p>\n<p>I soci di Dreno sono stati assistiti da Gerardo Dal Piva ed Alberto Furlan di Translink Italy in qualit\u00e0 di advisor finanziario, con il supporto di Mohit Mehta dell\u2019ufficio USA di Translink. Dreno \u00e8 stata assistita da Alessio Vianello e Simone Cecchinato dello studio legale MDA per gli aspetti legali e da Gian Marco Rando dello Studio Rando per gli aspetti fiscali. I compratori sono stati assistiti da Mauro Battistella e Sara Porta di CMS in qualit\u00e0 di advisor legale.<\/p>\n<p>Dreno Pompe, fondata nel 1990 da Liviano Conforto, ed attualmente gestita dai figli Emiliano e Fabiana, si \u00e8 distinta negli anni per una crescita costante e risultati ampiamente superiori alla media di settore, grazie ad un prodotto di altissima qualit\u00e0 ed affidabilit\u00e0 ed un servizio particolarmente apprezzato all\u2019estero, dove l\u2019azienda realizza oltre l\u201980% del fatturato. L\u2019operazione consentir\u00e0 ad IFS di allargare il proprio portafoglio prodotti ed espandere la sua presenza in Europa, sia a livello commerciale che produttivo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSiamo entusiasti di questa acquisizione, che rappresenta un passaggio chiave per la crescita del gruppo IFS in Europa\u201d ha affermato Dan Barlow, partner di May River.
