Supportato da Altor Equity Partners e Shamrock Capital, BTI Studios \u00e8 un leader globale nella localizzazione dei media con studi in oltre 20 paesi.<\/p>\n<p>Translink in Italia e Svezia \u00e8 stata l&#8217;advisor esclusivo di BTI Studios in questa transazione che segue l&#8217;acquisizione del mese scorso dello studio di doppiaggio tedesco Berliner Synchron, per la quale Translink \u00e8 stato l&#8217;advisor esclusivo. Il team cross-border di Translink dell\u2019operazione italiana \u00e8 stato guidato da David Strempel (Managing Partner) per Translink Italy e Niklas Wilhelmsson Partner di Translink Sweden (Anecta).<\/p>\n<p>BTI Studios<br \/>\nBTI Studios \u00e8 tra le pi\u00f9 grandi societ\u00e0 di localizzazione al mondo che forniscono servizi di doppiaggio, sottotitolaggio in qualsiasi lingua. Fondata nel 1995, BTI Studios oggi gestisce 25 strutture locali a livello globale, coprendo una rete di siti locali di propriet\u00e0 in Europa, Asia e Stati Uniti. I clienti di BTI Studios sono emittenti come BBC Worldwide, Discovery Networks e Turner; grandi studi cinematografici come NBC Universal, Warner, Disney e Fox; e piattaforme OTT, come Amazon, Netflix e Hulu.<\/p>\n<p>La Bibi e Multimedia<br \/>\nLa Bibi \u00e8 stata fondata nel 1990, con una vasta esperienza nel cinema, nella televisione e nei contenuti commerciali. Attualmente ha 18 impiegati a tempo pieno che producono oltre 1400 ore di doppiaggio italiano all&#8217;anno. Multimedia Network \u00e8 stata costituita nel 1999 da Studio Uno, uno dei primi impianti di duplicazione tecnica a Roma. Ha 12 impiegati a tempo pieno e ha lavorato a produzioni popolari come Sherlock, Doctor Who e Paw Patrol.<\/p>\n<p>Rationale della transazione<br \/>\nCon l&#8217;acquisizione di entrambe le societ\u00e0, BTI espande la sua capacit\u00e0 a 73 studi di registrazione in 25 strutture in Europa, Stati Uniti e Asia.
