dell\u2019accordo tra Askoll and Taco, Taco Comfort Solutions si impegna all\u2019acquisto del 100% di Askoll Sei Srl da Askoll Holding Srl. Askoll Sei \u00e8 leader mondiale nella produzione di pompe di circolazione ad alta efficienza per caldaie domestiche. Ha sede a Sandrigo, in provincia di Vicenza.<\/p>\n<p>Il Gruppo Taco con Taco Comfort Solutions, \u00e8 una azienda privata che produce condizionatori e pompe idrauliche, sia di tipo industriale che domestiche. John Hazen White Jr., Presidente e CEO del Gruppo Taco ha dichiarato, &#8220;con questa acquisizione, Taco si \u00e8 trasformata da azienda Americana, da sempre basata nel Rhode Island, in un Gruppo globale con produzione e clienti internazionali&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Elio Marioni, Presidente di Askoll, ha aggiunto che, &#8220;l\u2019operazione conferma l\u2019approccio pragmatico di Askoll nel concentrarsi sul suo core business (motori e pompe per elettrodomestici) e rafforzare contemporaneamente il nuovo progetto di mobilit\u00e0 elettrica che Askoll considera chiave per il suo sviluppo futuro&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Askoll \u00e8 un Gruppo industriale basato a Dueville (Vicenza) con fatturato superiore a 250 millioni di Euro e con 2.000 dipendenti e siti produttivi in Italia, Brasile, Messico, Slovacchia, Romania e Cina. \u00c9 uno dei maggiori e pi\u00f9 innovativi produttori di pompe di scarico e motori elettrici per elettrodomestici. Ha da poco lanciato un nuovo progetto nella produzione e distribuzione di veicoli elettrici.<\/p>\n<p>Translink ha ricoperto il ruolo di consulente esclusivo di Askoll, con un team composto da Mauro
