supporto dell\u2019ufficio di Mumbai &#8211; <strong>ha assistito Ferretto Group nel ruolo di advisor finanziario <\/strong>nell\u2019operazione che ha portato alla <strong>cessione della maggioranza delle quote societarie della controllata Ferretto Automation &#038; Services a Wipro Enterprises Private Limited<\/strong>, o di una societ\u00e0 ad essa collegata.<\/p>\n<p>Il deal si inserisce in un percorso di piena continuit\u00e0 aziendale e operativa, che saranno garantite dalla permanenza di una quota di minoranza in favore della famiglia Ferretto e dal ruolo di Riccardo Ferretto, che rimarr\u00e0 Presidente e Amministratore Delegato della societ\u00e0 anche a valle dell\u2019operazione.<\/p>\n<p>La sinergia tra Ferretto Automation &#038; Services e Wipro garantir\u00e0 alle due realt\u00e0 lo sviluppo di nuove opportunit\u00e0 nel campo dei sistemi logistici automatizzati, facendo incontrare la pluridecennale esperienza e competenza tecnica del prodotto assicurata
