<strong>Translink Italy assiste Visma<\/strong>, gruppo leader in Europa nella fornitura di software per le aziende e con un fatturato superiore ai 2 miliardi di euro, <strong>nell\u2019operazione di investimento in Fiscozen<\/strong>, piattaforma online che offre servizi di contabilit\u00e0 e tasse per le Partite IVA.<\/p>\n<p>Il deal, che ha siglato l\u2019ingresso di Visma nel mercato italiano, ha visto <strong>Translink Italy, con un team guidato da David Strempel (Partner &#038; Chairman) e supportato da Jeh Patel (Associate), agire come advisor finanziario<\/strong> per conto del gruppo internazionale.<\/p>\n<p>Con headquarter a Oslo, in Norvegia, <strong>Visma<\/strong> \u00e8 un gruppo composto da pi\u00f9 di 180 societ\u00e0 che servono oltre 1,7 milioni di clienti e sono presenti in 32 paesi in Europa e America Latina. L\u2019ingresso in Italia segue le precedenti operazioni concluse negli ultimi tre anni in Spagna, Germania, Portogallo e Francia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fiscozen<\/strong>, fondata a Milano nel 2018 e guidata dai co-founder Enrico Mattiazzi e Vito Lomele, \u00e8 una tech company in rapida crescita nel mercato italiano, con la mission di azzerare complessit\u00e0 e burocrazia per le oltre 3,7 milioni di Partite IVA presenti in Italia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stian Berg, Direttore di Visma<\/strong> <strong>M&#038;A<\/strong> ha dichiarato: &#8220;Il nostro ingresso in Italia \u00e8 stato notevolmente facilitato dall&#8217;avere Translink come consulente.
